Comm-Piler
Web-based incident communications planning software for public safety communications units. Build ICS-205 radio communications plans and ICS-205A contact lists from real channel data, not disposable spreadsheets.
Who it is for
Communications Unit Leaders (COML), Communications Technicians (COMT), incident management teams, emergency operations centers, and public safety agencies that plan radio and data communications for incidents and planned events under the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and the Incident Command System (ICS).
What it does
- ICS-205 and ICS-205A builders — fill radio plans and contact lists from a structured channel, talkgroup, and alias library.
- Incident Action Plan forms — ICS-201 through ICS-215, safety forms, and ICS-209 status summaries with print-ready PDF export.
- Channel library and interoperability catalogs — conventional and trunked inventory that mutual-aid partners can reference.
- Radio template mapping — show which zone and channel each plan entry occupies in a programmed radio.
- FreqSeek — search public FCC license and antenna-structure data for frequency coordination.
- PACE planning — Primary, Alternate, Contingency, and Emergency communications doctrine with dependency mapping.
- CachePoint — radio and equipment cache check-in and check-out for incidents.
